Privacy Policy

Draft — requires final human and legal review. This policy was prepared as a starting point for the Flying With The Hawk podcast guest application. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and makes no claim of compliance with any specific privacy law.

What we collect

When you submit a guest application or a guest nomination, we collect the information you provide in the form. This includes your name, email address, and mobile phone number, along with details about your sport, team or organization, level of play or coaching, and the story you would like to discuss. Optional fields may include your city and state, social profiles, a website, links to highlights or articles, a referral name, suggested topics, a photograph, and any additional context you choose to share.

Why we collect it

Application and nomination information is used to evaluate potential podcast guests, schedule and confirm interviews, record and produce episodes, publish and promote episodes, and communicate with you about your appearance.

How we contact you

If you check the consent box on the application, your email address and phone number may be used for messages related to your guest application, scheduling, recording, and episode. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or of emails by using the unsubscribe link.

Focus Insite marketing

Applying to Flying With The Hawk does not subscribe you to Focus Insite marketing. Flying With The Hawk podcast contacts are maintained separately, and any Focus Insite communication would require its own separate, explicit opt-in.

Service providers

Applications, nominations, and scheduling are handled through GoHighLevel, our customer relationship and scheduling platform. Information you submit through those forms is stored in that system.

Access, correction, and deletion

To request a copy of, a correction to, or the deletion of your information, contact us at the podcast email address listed in the site footer. We will respond to reasonable requests.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the show grows. The current version will always be posted on this page.
